Why Black Pepper: Black Pepper inhibits certain digestive enzymes which enhances bioavailability in the body.
Why Bromelain (Pineapple): Bromelain breaks down proteins in both acidic and alkaline environments along with improving the body’s nutrient absorption.
Why Quercetin (Sophora japonica)(buds): The main enzyme in Dill is Quercetin. Mixing quercetin with turmeric inhibits the sulfotransferase enzyme that inactivates curcumin, creating a greater absorption.
