Curcumin is the active ingredient of the spice turmeric. Curcumin is what makes this spice work so well. This is a powder extract; so only a fraction of this powder is needed. ¼ of a teaspoon is recommended.
Add ¼ of a teaspoon of twice a day to any food or drink.
