Add To:  Smoothies, shakes, lattes, teas, or hot water

Add To:  Scrambled eggs, omelets, oatmeal, casseroles, and various dishes. Homemade energy bars, homemade pastas, baked goods, and homemade breads. Soups, broths, and stews at the end of the cooking process to retain all nutrients.

Mix Into:  Macaroni, potato, pasta, egg, tuna, or chicken salad. Pesto, dips, sauces, and dressings.

Tea:  Dissolve 1 teaspoon graviola powder into boiling water. Add honey, lemon, or cinnamon for taste preference.

Traditional Tea:  Add 3 tablespoons graviola powder to 1 liter of water. Boil until bubbling then remove. Add 1 tablespoon honey and ˝ tablespoon lime juice. (Can add more for taste or add lemon as well.)

Graviola Arnold Palmer:  Add 3 tablespoons graviola powder, the juice of 3 lemons, 3 tablespoons honey, and 4 black tea bags with 1 liter of water. Boil until bubbling then continue on low heat for 30 minutes. Remove from heat and let it cool.

(Can add additional honey or lemon for taste.)

Latte:  Add 1 teaspoon graviola powder to 8oz of boiling milk, almond milk, cashew milk, soy milk, oat milk, etc. Mix in 1 tablespoon honey. (Can add a pinch of cinnamon or more honey for taste.)

Minty Popsicles:  Combine 3 1/2 cups water or coconut water, 1 cup sugar or honey, and 1 cup fresh mint leaves into small pot. Boil until sugar/honey is fully dissolved. Take off heat and allow to steep for about 30 minutes.

Blend together with 3 teaspoons graviola powder, pour into popsicle molds and freeze.

Fruity Popsicles:  Make 4 cups of graviola tea and let it cool to room temperature. Cut strawberries into chunks to make 2 – 2 ˝ cups. Blend tea and strawberry chunks with 1-2 tablespoons lemon juice in a blender until smooth.

Add more strawberries to thicken and more tea to thin out. Add honey to taste preference. Fill popsicle molds and freeze.

Pudding:  Whisk 1 cup heavy cream or almond milk, 1 tablespoon graviola powder, ˝ cup honey, and 2 tablespoons rosewater. Add 6 tablespoons chia seeds and refrigerate overnight.

Ladle into individual bowls and garnish with fresh mint leaves and fresh fruit. (Optional)

Fruity Ice Cream:  Blend together 1 cup frozen mango chunks, 1 cup chopped frozen banana, 6 oz almond milk or milk of choice, 3-4 cubes of ice, 2 teaspoons graviola powder until smooth.

Sweeten with honey if desired. Add more fruit to thicken and more liquid to thin out. Freeze to desired preference.

Dressing:  Pour 6 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil with 2 tablespoons white balsamic vinegar into jar. Mix in 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard, 1 teaspoon graviola powder, 2 tablespoons freshly chopped herbs of choice, and salt and pepper to taste.

Shake well to combine ingredients. Enjoy.

*Face Mask:  Mix graviola powder with water to create a paste. Massage on face and let it dry for 15 minutes before rinsing off with warm water. Try adding turmeric powder, oats, or honey. Can blend with peeled cucumbers.

*Dandruff:  After shampooing, massage mixture of graviola powder and water on scalp. Cover and leave for 30 minutes before rinsing out.


*Acne:  Mix graviola powder with water to make a paste. Apply onto face and let it dry for about 20 minutes. Rinse off with warm water.
