Directions:  Massage on area of pain or inflammation until absorbed into the skin, 10-15 minutes. Reapply throughout the day as needed.

Use what is needed to cover the region generously, area may be oily/greasy.

Notice:  Shea butter begins to melt around body temperature and quickly becomes a liquid when applied to the skin. It may melt in warmer temperatures but will begin to solidify again as it cools down.

Shea butter does not have to be refrigerated. Keep it in a cool place and closed to avoid contamination.

Cautions:  May cause irritation, a skin test is recommended. Avoid contact with the eyes. For external use only.

Important:  Can temporarily stain or leave a yellow residue on skin and other surfaces. (The use of witch hazel or apple cider vinegar will remove the yellow staining of the skin.)
