Directions: Massage a few drops to area of pain or inflammation. Area will be oily until absorbed into the skin after 10-15 minutes.

Depending on the area, use what is needed to cover the region generously. Reapply throughout the day as needed.

 

Tip: Add a few drops to your regular hair routine, in hair oil or in your palm when conditioning. Massage into scalp 3-4 times per week.

(Consistency will relieve scalp of dandruff, fungal infection, and itchiness.)

Tip: Add a few drops to daily face moisturizer or cream to reduce redness, dark spots, and puffiness.

Tip: Mix a few drops with raw honey and yogurt. (Add oats or coffee grinds as an exfoliant.) Massage onto face & leave for 15-20 minutes. Rinse off & pat dry. Use 3-5 per week.

  

Cautions: May cause irritation, a skin test is recommended. Avoid contact with the eyes. For external use only.

Important: Can temporarily stain or leave a yellow residue on skin and other surfaces. (The use of witch hazel or apple cider vinegar will remove the yellow staining of the skin.)
